Aged more than 6 years in Missouri oak, finished in a cabernet sauvignon cask.  Balanced sweet-heat, with notes of black peppercorn, cinnamon, clove, dried fruit, and salted caramel.

HOLLADAY BOURBON {Weston, MO}
Aged 7+ years. A perfect unison of local grains and limestone spring water. Notes of brown sugar, toffee, baking spice, and hint of cherry.
